高光谱机载传感器

PHOENIX has an excellent spectral and spatial performance in the acquisition of spectral data in region of the electromagnetic spectrum that ranges from the 400 to 2,500 nanometers. This sensor is composed of two subsystems, VNIR and SWIR:

  • The VNIR subsystem acquires spectral data in the in the visible and near infrared (400 to 1,000 nanometers) and has 1,000 line and array detectors that capture and group spectral into 810 bands.
  • The SWIR Subsystem acquires spectral data in the short-wave infrared (1,000 to 2,500 nanometers) and consists of 384 line and array detectors that capture and group spectral data into 259 bands.

This sensor was built with state-of-the-art optics and electronics evident from its reduced size, its optical aberration-corrected design and its high signal-to-noise ratio which enables the acquisition of good quality data, even when the light conditions are less than optimal.

It is the aforementioned features, along with the sensor’s capability to capture data with superior resolution ranging from centimeters to several meters, what makes PHOENIX a highly versatile sensor and enables its utilization in different environments and scales of observation.
